FOXO4-DRI is a 46-residue D-retro-inverso peptide derived from the FOXO4 transcription factor, supplied as the acetate salt. Its empirical formula is C228H388N86O64 with a molecular weight of 5358.06 g/mol. The D-retro-inverso design reverses the sequence and uses D-amino acids, which is a common approach to slow enzymatic breakdown in laboratory conditions.

Storage & handling
